A very kind and sympathetic consultant who listened patiently to my condition and took time to explain to me the plan forward. I would not hesitate to return for further appointments and highly recommend him to other prospective patients.

In May 2023 I reported right sided tinnitus, dizziness, slight hearing loss and a sudden rapid deterioration in eyes sight to my GP. As part of the outcomes I was given an urgent referral for ENT eventually resulting in an NHS appointment in late September 2023. Given I have private medical cover I requested my GP recommend a specialist for me and she said Mr Elias Francis Khoury was excellent. I requested this specialist via my private health insurer and am now receiving consultations from him. We have not got to the bottom of things yet and my next course of action is a CT scan to assist in identifying root causes and what next steps to take. So far I have been extremely impressed with Mr Khoury, his knowledge, professionalism and attention to relevant detail. I would not see a cause to add anything critical however, having been been requested to provide constructive criticism within this feedback, I would add two minor observations. 1. It is a shame the room at the Harbour Hospital is so cramped as it makes it quite difficult to manoeuvre around the patient. 2. I was left a little unclear about next steps. I have been given a CT scan appointment and assume a follow-up appointment with Mr Khoury will be necessary - although this was not mentioned. leaving me to make my own assumptions here. Again, I would not normally give voice to these points, but given I was asked.. !
